Alpheus v2

Back in 2015, I built a version of Phil Hagelberg's Atreus with some slight modifications: Atreus, Planck-style. Now that I've used it for a number of years and keyboard technology has improved, this is my attempt to build an updated version, aimed entirely at travel usage.

As such, the primary goal is to minimize the size while retaining the ~40% layout. This version will focus on a wired version, but ideally keep the door open for a wireless version in the future.
