Gergely Nagy	bbfede8ccc	Remove deprecated interfaces We deprecated a number of interfaces, which were scheduled to be removed on the 14th of January. Lets remove them now. Remove deprecated interfaces

We deprecated a number of interfaces, which were scheduled to be removed on the
14th of January. Lets remove them now.

Incidentally, we had a number of places where we used the old names internally
too, and this has been corrected as well now.
