plugins/Ranges: Fix the Macro key ranges

Macro keycodes pre-date the Ranges plugin, so they previously had a keycode that
sorted before ranges::FIRST. For the sake of backwards compatibility, we want to
keep using the same keycodes.

Fixes #1010.
