Gergely Nagy	f27a3a46ec	Stop using deprecated interfaces Use `Kaleidoscope.use`, `Kaleidoscope.useEventHandlerHook`, and `Kaleidoscope.useLoopHook` instead of `USE_PLUGINS`, `event_handler_hook_use`, and `loop_hook_use`, which are getting deprecated.
