This testcase is for a version of TapDance that distinguishes between a "tap" timeout and a "hold" timeout, allowing for two different `Key` values for the same tap count. Michael Richters	b213fb7677	Add to basic TapDance testcases ... This adds a testcase for rollover from a TapDance key to the key that interrupts the sequence, and a testcase for a TapDance key that times out while held.
