Gergely Nagy	32bafc7adc	Abstract away direct Serial access In preparation for making Serial access configurable on a per-board basis, introduce `KeyboardHardware.serialPort()`, which - for the time being - returns the Serial object. Gergely Nagy	f0b51dfb00	Rearrange the file layout in preparation of becoming a monorepo Move the documentation to `doc/plugin/CycleTimeReport.md`, sources under `src/kaleidoscope/plugin/` (appropriately namespaced).
