Gergely Nagy	0b4fb8dc6f	updateHandler should look up from the theme, not from base ... The `updateHandler` method was looking up colors starting at `theme_base`, instead of `map_base`. Gergely Nagy	0fc32dbd94	Add a number of helper functions ... Added `lookupColor(index)`, which looks up a color in the palette, by index.
