Gergely Nagy	26340b7edb	Rename the `command` arg of `onFocusEvent` to `input` ... With the new patterns, `Focus.inputMatchesCommand(command, cmd)` felt wrong, so this patch renames the `command` argument of `onFocusEvent()` to `input`, to better match what it really is. Michael Richters	56c12996ad	Replace `astyle` comments with `clang-format` equivalents in examples ... This applies to turning off formatting of keymaps. Gergely Nagy	bbfede8ccc	Remove deprecated interfaces ... We deprecated a number of interfaces, which were scheduled to be removed on the 14th of January. Lets remove them now.
